Mr. Auguste Jacques Founder & CEO

Founder and Chief Executive Officer for 3BP, Inc., holds a degree in Marketing from the International Fine Arts College. Mr. Jacques has obtained several licenses including, securities licenses and insurance licenses.

Mr. Jacques started his financial career as a Stockbroker for a boutique investment banker where he was trained as a stockbroker, primarily raised capital, focused on Initial Public Offerings (IPOs) and worked in the compliance department further increasing his knowledge in securities laws. Mr. Jacques is a seasoned sales professional with over 20 years of experience ranging from the financial industry, retail, and transportation, to telecommunications Mr. Jacques has a successful record as a revenue producer, strategic sales planner and excellence in managing customer relations. His professional experience includes new market development, new business acquisition, development, consultative and relationship sales, and negotiations and closings. Mr. Jacques has spent the last 8 years as a financial services consultant with a proven track record of successfully structuring contracts, in the domestic and international markets negotiating deals and securing project funding from Venture Capitalists and Angel Investors.

Ms. Veonous M. Jacques Founder & COO

Founder and Chief Operations Officer of 3BP, Inc., holds a Bachelor’s of Science Degree from Cornell University, School of Industrial and Labor Relations and a Juris Doctorate from Temple University Beasley School of Law.

Ms. Jacques is a highly organized and results-oriented entrepreneur and leader with proven record in innovative management, successful problem-solving and in exceeding goals and objectives. Her professional experience includes the overall management and daily operations management including strategy, direction, organization, project management, financial activities, overseeing sales, business development, public relations, human resource management, legal research and analysis, and contract negotiations.

Ms. L. Kris Gaines Founder & Board Director

Founder and Director on the Board of 3BP, Inc., is a self-driven entrepreneur who has established and developed successful food industry and entertainment businesses.

She has more than 10 years of progressively responsible experience directing employees in companies with revenues in excess of $3 million dollars. Ms. Gaines worked for Bank of America for 5 years as a highly successful financial service professional. From 2007 through 2011 she served as the Director of Operations for the Virginia branch of NPSG LLC, a major processing firm in the field of collections. Ms. Gaines has led multiple companies through start-up, survival, turnaround and growth modes, to include website development, production goals and adequate staffing levels. An owner of multiple businesses Ms. Gaines is skilled in daily business operations, business analysis, data analysis, development and implementation of policies and the ability to identify and communicate risks.

Mr. Ervin J. Lee Board Director

He is a Director on the Board of 3BP, Inc. Mr. Lee is a retired attorney with over 39 years experience.

He earned his Juris Doctorate from the School of Law at the University of North Dakota and holds a Bachelor’s of Arts Degree in Accounting from the University of North Dakota. Mr. Lee has extensive experience in working and advising Native American Tribes on business development issues and governance. He has also served as General Counsel for the 5th largest Indian Tribe in the United States. Mr. Lee has been involved in several technology start-ups and has a proven track record in oil and gas litigation.

Dr. Crystal G. Morrison Scientific Advisor

Crystal is a highly regarded scientist and leader who is passionate about developing people and organizations to their highest potential.

She holds a Ph.D. in Macromolecular Science and Engineering and a B.S. in Chemistry. Following graduate school at the University of Michigan, Dr. Morrison was a Harold Agnew National Security Postdoctoral Fellow at Los Alamos National Laboratory (LANL) and later became a staff member, team leader and program leader before moving to Pittsburgh, PA. Since LANL, she has held successive leadership roles, including global R&D leader in a Fortune 500 company for 2 business units covering 11 unique market segments with over $2.5B in annual sales. Dr.  Morrison believes strongly that innovation is an act of leadership not just creativity. With extensive experience across industry, academia and national labs, Dr. Morrison knows what it takes to build and lead successful teams that create lasting value and bring products from concept to reality.

Ms. Dana Klein Marcom Specialist

Dana is the Marcom Specialist for 3BP, Inc. and President and Owner of DKMC, Inc., a 21 year old marketing firm in South Florida.

She has worked with over 200 businesses taking projects and programs from concept to fruition. Ms. Klein has consistently generated extensive residual benefits, increased yields, and high rates of return from 20-500% typically within a 6-12 month time frame. Her experience includes work on all aspects of marketing project management and strategy such as branding and experiential marketing, stakeholder engagement, multi and social media, client, community, government, international, and investor relations, consultative sales, B2B, B2C, public and media relations, advertising, and event marketing, and corporate responsibility. Ms. Klein is the Honorary Consul General of the Republic of Macedonia promoting economic development to the country. Ms. Klein holds a Master of Arts Degree from Emerson College in Media Management and a Bachelor of Science Degree from Syracuse University’s Newhouse School of Communications in Radio, Television, and Film Production with a minor in English.

Alan G. Towner, Esq Legal Partner

A partner with Leech Tishman Fuscalso&Lampl, is Chair of the firm’s Intellectual Property Practice Group and a member of the Intellectual Property Litigation Practice Group.

Mr. Towner has practiced in all phases of intellectual property law including patents, trademarks, copyrights and trade secrets. He handles such matters as preparing and prosecuting patent, trademark and copyright applications, patentability opinions, patent infringement and validity studies, trademark clearance opinions, patent reexamination proceedings, Internet domain name disputes, patent, trademark, copyright and trade secret litigation, and general intellectual property counseling.

Mrs. Diane R. Rhynes Scientific Advisor

Scientific Advisor for 3BP, Inc. holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Biology from the Seton Hall University.

Mrs. Rhynes provides over 20 years of research laboratory experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Experiences include, but are not limited to implementing an essential assay for a high profile project, target validation of candidate novel proteins and monoclonal antibodies with therapeutic potential, as well as profile targets in assays including flow cytometry, Western Blot, and Proliferation/Apoptosis Assays. Mrs. Rhynes has also been involved in molecular biology and biochemistry support of assay development and target validation, including cloning, establishment of cell lines or primary cell cultures.

Ms. Magalie Chapoteau Business Advisor

Ms. Chapoteau is a results-oriented expert at cultivating a culture of collaboration amongst cross-functional teams for complex internal and external solutions. She is an innovative leader who pushes boundaries to deliver results.

She is a seasoned professional in the wireless telecommunications industry, leading large teams in Network Operations and Assurance for a Fortune 100 Company.Director of Verizon Wireless’ Network Operations, Ms. Chapoteau’s focus lies in Operations Center Leadership, Network Planning and Transport Engineering Implementation.

Ms. Karlinne J. Adams Corporate Liaison

Ms. Adams holds a degree in Business Administration and has obtained licenses in Real Estate, Insurance and Securities.

Karlinne J. Adams is Corporate Liaison for 3BP, Inc. Ms. Adams has more than 20 years of experience in the financial, fashion, retail, and import/export industries. Her diverse and cutting edge management skills led to financial methods that improve and promote quality assurance, demonstrated accuracy, and a clear path towards achieving project goals. Her expertise in implementing order processing systems has efficiently and accurately expedited purchase procedures with local and foreign factories. With a strong background in consumer, high-tech public relations marketing initiatives, Ms. Adams is an expert at marketing strategies that help clients increase brand awareness, generate leads, and acquire new clients. Her past efforts include developing and overseeing the direction and tactical execution for such accounts as Polo Ralph Lauren, UK Clarks, Reebok, Stride Rite and Rockport including but not limited to strategic communications plans, production of marketing materials, and coordination of special events.

H.E Gligor Tashkovich Business Advisor

Minister Tashkovich has a BA and dual-major MBA degrees from Cornell University where he is also a member of the Cornell University Council.

Gligor Tashkovich is the former Minister for Foreign Investment of the Republic of (now North) Macedonia from 2006-2008 across ten industry sectors. During his tenure, he attracted USD $1.5 billion of new foreign direct investment in the 3rd poorest country in Europe sharply raising the national GDP. He holds three securities licenses that allow him to raise money for hedge funds and privately-held companies. He recently finished a two year term as a member of the Committee for the Approval of Investments for the sovereign North Macedonian Innovation and Technological Development Fund. In that role, his committee invested USD $60 million in some 310 companies in North Macedonia. He has served on eleven OSCE/ODIHR election monitoring missions and for the New York City Board of Elections as an Assembly District Monitor. Entrepreneurial projects include being part of teams that built the Internet and other infrastructure projects worldwide as well as working for the 2nd largest computer company in the world, the European Bank for Reconstruction & Development, and other prominent institutions.
